Who is eligible?
You must work in the travel industry, have at least two years of travel-industry experience, and have clients who are interested in travelling to Africa.
Are the advertised dates final?
Not necessarily. Timing shown on the website is proposed until we issue written confirmation. Do not book flights before receiving that confirmation.
When will I receive the itinerary and accommodation details?
The final itinerary, accommodation and supplier information will be supplied after your application has been approved and the programme is finalized.
Are flights included?
International flights are normally separate unless a specific programme says otherwise.
When will health, visa and physical requirements be supplied?
Relevant requirements and guidance will be included in the approved-applicant information package.
What cancellation terms apply?
Payment and cancellation conditions will be provided before you accept a confirmed place.
Is an application automatically accepted?
No. Places are limited and applications are reviewed for professional fit and partner requirements.
Can a non-industry companion join?
Some programmes may allow companions at a different rate. Please ask about the specific journey.
